We are located in Miami Florida, and have over 15 years growing and breeding Japanese Koi fish as well as other fresh water fish.
We follow a strict bio secure plan on our operations, to control and cancel the risk of contamination.
We breed our own stock of fish from imported Japanese parents, and also sell imported koi fish from big breeding farms in Niigata Japan.
All our fish for sale are quarantined for 2 weeks, before being shipped to our costumers, we guarantee our fish to be free of parasites and in excellent health, when you order individual fish, you will received the exact fish and approximate size posted, all fish are measure from the tip of the mouth to the end of the tail fin, when you order fish by quantities, you will receive the same quality and varieties posted.

-Buyer must sign the package at the time of fist delivery attempt, otherwise the live arrival guarantee is voided.
-In the event of DOA, we will replace the fish at no charge, buyer is responsible for shipping cost and handling fees.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We can only guarantee live arrival, we are not responsible for delays caused by acts of nature, or delays or damages caused by the shipping company. Buyer must be present at the time of delivery, in the unfortunate event that the fish is dead on arrival (DOA), we will replace it with another fish of equal value, but first you must file a claim within 1 hour from arrival, via Email firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear picture of the fish in a unopened bag, also a picture of the fish removed from the bag is required, clip a fin and place it on a surface outside the bag.
We recommend buyers to acclimate and quarantine the fish to let them recover of the stress of the shipping process, to prevent the fish from jumping out cover the acclimation tank, when ready to transfer to the pond lower the water level by at list 8" for 2 days while the fish get use to their new home.
